Art files can be sent to art@bkline.com. Please send all artwork in a Macintosh compatible format. We can
open Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe Photshop CS and Adobe InDesign CS or earlier documents. When submitting your
artwork by e-mail please include the following:
- Distributor Name and Company Name
- Distributor Contact Information
- Distributor Purchase Order number
- Name and version of the software used to create the file.
Please compress your file with Stuff-it or Zip to protect your artwork. We need a hardcopy of your artwork, preferably
color separated when applicable, before we can begin your order.
Electronic Art:
Be Sure to include all placed or embedded files with the layout you submit. Whenever possible please send vector files.
Vector Files:
Please submit all vector artwork in an Adobe Illustrator CS or earlier compatible format. CorelDraw files should be
saved in the hightest version of Adobe Illustrator available. Please convert all type to outlines.

Paint/Scanned Files: Photographs or screened artwork should be 300 dpi. Line art should be at least 600 dpi, 1200 dpi is
preferable. We prefer .tif format for these documents, however we can accept layerd Photoshop documents for more complicated
layouts. Files should be sent in black and white, grayscale or CMYK format, please do not send RGB files for four color
process orders. NOTE: Web graphics (.jpg or .gif) are typically to low in resolution to be used in production. The art
department can convert these files to be usable resolution, please contact us for information and pricing.
Discs:
You can also submit your art on compact disc (CD). Please include a hardcopy of your artwork, color separted if applicable,
when you send us your disc. Please print a list of all files on the disc so we know we have all the necessary files.
Mecahnical Art:
The art department can scan your nonelectronic art for $50.00 (G) per color. Mechanical files should be camera ready
seperated files. Please do not submit previously screeened artwork. Non-camera ready files will incur an additional
processing charge. Please contact the factory for details.

The Pantone (PMS) colors below are available for Sheet and Side imprints at no additional charge for
all products except those on page 8-9 & 22.

Metallic inks are not recommended for Sticky Notes and Cube sheet imprints.
Note: Colors shown may vary from actual printed colors, use a Pantone guide to specify spot colors.
