Note: on cube orders over 2,500 pieces (silkscreen or four color process) proofs are provided at no charge. Approved cube must be returned to factory to begin actual cube production.

All approvals must be submitted in writing. Approvals may be faxed to the factory for your convenience. You are responsible for any errors in production based on an approved proof.

Order manufacturing begins once an approved proof is returned to the factory. Production time varies by product and excludes time required to prepare and receive proofs:

All orders will be acknowledged in writing. Please check the acknowledgement carefully as these are the specifications the factory will use in completing the order. Delays in credit, proof approval, or changes to art or order may affect the ship date.

Changes on orders in progress may affect the production time and incur additional charges depending on the work required. The factory will assess charges depending on the status of the specific job.

All orders are considered firm once a signed order acknowledgement has been received by the factory. Orders cannot be cancelled without written authorization of the factory. Cancellations will incur a $50.00 (X) charge in addition to any accrued actual costs.

Due to custom manufacturing the exact number of cubes or pads may vary by up to 10% over or under catalog quantity for quantities under 1,000 pieces, 5% for quantities over 1,000 pieces. Exact quantity orders are available for 3% over catalog price.

Net 30 days from invoice with credit approval. Past due accounts will be assessed a 1.5% per month service charge. All new accounts require a 50% deposit, with balance due on order completion unless other terms have been established. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

When orders are printed to customer's specifications the purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against supplier for copyright infringement.

All prices are F.O.B factory, Los Angeles , CA (except pages 8-12 & 22- F.O.B., Illinois ). Shipping is usually via UPS Ground or truck, depending on the size and destination of the shipment. Shipping method will be at our discretion unless specified in the purchase order. We do not assume responsibility for delays or missed deliveries due to error on the part of the freight carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect all material upon delivery. Any claims of loss or damage must be made to the freight carrier within 5 days.

Packaging: All products packed in cartons depending on size and weight, please see our web site for more information on quantity of product packed per carton. Each cube, round and block is individually shrinkwrapped Sticky and memo pads are bulk packed. Office Line pads are shrinkwrapped in packs of three of the same color.

Rush : Upon your prior instruction rush shipping is available by fastest shipping method available.

Charges : Freight charges will be pre-paid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified in the PO .
